A Fitness Journey...

Lets get straight to it, I have never attempted to "eat healthy" or really stick to a strict diet.. I have never committed to a meal or workout plan.. I've never gone gone out of my way to "make the healthy choice" but I think I'm at a good point in my life where I'm ready to try.

The  meal plan I am going to be following can be found at blogilates.com! (You can also follow her workouts on her YouTube channel!) I thought I would document this/the process? Progress? I am eager to see how this plan makes me feel! I have been eating soo poorly lately, I really need a detox! This meal plan, of course, requires you to drink tons of water! That's the #1 key to a healthy lifestyle! (Or something...) I'm not going to lie, a part of me is afraid I'm going to go crazy after 2 weeks but I'm not ready to put money on it... Yet.

I will occasionally post photos of what I'm eating or workouts that I'm doing! I'll document as much as I can. I'm hoping these blog posts will kind of be like journal entries.. We will see how it goes!
