Monday Manicure Minute ♡ Wicked

Hello again!! Welcome back to anther edition of Monday Manicure Minute! I'm your host... Wait, have I ever even mentioned my name in this blog? Maybe I'll leave that a mystery...

This week features a new(er) polish I've recently purchased! I have been in love with this colour FOR EVER but could not find it anywhere! So when I spotted it (on sale) at my local Target, I COULDN'T say no! (Plus, nobody can ever deny on sale nail polish)

This week features the colour Wicked by Essie! It's a super vampy, dark, dark red colour. (Think red wine)

 This polish is an amazing, rich, deep colour. I would say after a second coat you achieve the "true colour", but of course, I'm OCD so I always apply three. This colour has great shine and it's an amazing formula. Not too thick, not too watery. Of course (as you can see) this polish in the bottle is true to it's colour after applied to your fingernails! Woohoo! (Don't you hate when you buy an awesome colour polish but after applying it to your nails, it doesn't look the same as it did in the bottle? Disappointing.)

This is the perfect winter shade or a great "classic" colour. So in other words, this colour is great any time of the year... Haha... Can't go wrong! You need colours like that in your collection. This colour will never go out of style because it's not a "trendy*" colour, it's a classic staple! It's here to stay. (*Trendy meaning popular while its here and gone next season).

I would highly recommend this colour! I think it would look great with any and all skin tones/complexions. I am very fair and this colour doesn't make me look ridiculous or gothic! (Bonus, right?)
