Monday Manicure Minute ♡ Ruby Ruby Red! ♡
Hello lovelies!! I have been neglecting my blog recently as I have been super busy! Isn't that always the excuse? Well, my boyfriend and I have been in the middle of moving cities and we have begun our traveling spree! Last week we were in New York City and the next stop is Chicago! But this isn't a travel blog... This is a beauty blog!
I haven't worn makeup OR nail polish in more than a week, can you believe it?? I have been itching to paint my nails and put on makeup but I just have been too busy to do so! I didn't bring nail polish with me to New York and the makeup I brought and wore daily was just mascara and I filled in my brows! So.. First thing I did when we stopped in at a Target was purchase the cheapest nail polish I could find (naturally). I'm ballin' on a budget now... With all this traveling we're doing, you gotta make it work somehow, right?
So this week I have painted my nails a very classic red. I previously owned a red nail polish by Essie called "A List" but it is all goopy and mostly gone! So I bought a new, cheap red!
The bottle looks like a China Glaze polish but the brand is actually called Sinful Colors and the colour of this polish is called "Ruby Ruby."
I purchased this nail polish for $1.99 so I didn't know what to expect... I really didn't have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised! I did three coats (as per usual) and the colour is nice and deep as I'd hoped and the formula is great. The colour glides on and is very pigmented! Bonus!
I would definitely re-purchase this brand and would recommend it!! If you see a colour you really want to try by the Sinful Colors brand, I would say, do it!!! I am very pleased with how my nails turned out!!
