Monday Manicure Minute: Lapiz of Luxury & Disco Ball
So this is my manicure for my Monday Manicure for the week of June 1st!
This week I used Essie's 'Lapiz of Luxury' and Sally Hansen's Xtreme Wear, 'Disco Ball'.
Disco Ball is one of my newest nail polishes and I must say it's definitely one of my favourites!! It's a translucent glitter polish with glitter that is pink/blue/purple/green/yellow, which is AWESOME because this means the glitter polish goes especially well with those colours and there are a lot of them! This week I decided to play up the purple/blue tones in the glitter! I chose Lapiz of Luxury which is more of a periwinkle! I have owned this colour for quite a while now and am always hesitant to use it because I need so many layers before I get the "true" colour of the polish. This time 'round I did four coats. I also did three coats of Disco Ball as I wanted the nails very glitter heavy (as opposed to a nice glitter 'dusting').
