Loose Button Luxe Box Summer 2014

I have to start this blog off with... Yayayayayayay!!!!! My LuxeBox arrived!!! Eeee!! I am very excited. Okay! On to business...

So my LuxeBox arrived Wednesday afternoon of this week (June 18th)! I could not be more excited... Something about the surprise of 7 to 8 mysterious beauty products really make me anxious!!!! This time 'round I (still) decided not to upgrade my LuxeBox, however, there were some very tempting upgrades.

First glance at my beautiful box's arrival looked a little something like this...

And as always, there's a little card inside with a cute, quick, little thank-you from Loosebutton and a quick blurb about the current seasons box! See below... 

Adorable right? Anyways... My excitement continues! Here are all the dumped out contents of my LuxeBox this month!

Now let's take a deeper look at the products!

These little trial packs of Crest white strips and toothpaste came complimentary! They were an added little bonus! I got three trial pamphlets, as you can see in the second photo (pictured above)! 

This stuff looks like fun! I will definitely be writing a review on these!

I love getting nail polish!!!! I have a real life addiction. It's not healthy. But free ("free") nail polish is great nail polish! I received a nail polish in last seasons LuxeBox and it... was... hideous! I am sorry loosebutton but it was such a terrible colour!! So I was very excited when I saw the name/colour of this particular polish in my box! (And yes, I have already used it. Keep an eye out for Manicure Monday!!)

I keep wanting to start sentences with "I was really excited when I saw I got ______ in my LuxeBox!" Because quite evidently, I am excited about every product in my box. You nailed it this time, Loosebutton!! 

I love getting new hair products to try!! It's always so exciting finding a new product that works amazing on your hair because... isn't that all we want in life? Amazing, soft, tame hair? Moving along...

I have actually used/owned this scent before and I really love it so that makes me excited!!! I also use to work for(?) fragrances! I know lots about perfume and this one is definitely a win! It's great, let's see what Loosebutton has to say about it...

 

I will have to look into it but I am pretty sure this scent will wear for so long because it isn't water based! You know when you spray a perfume before you leave the house and you can't even smell it by the time you've arrived at your destination? That happens when perfumes are water based! The smell/perfume evaporates instead of clinging to your skin and clothes.

I had not heard of this brand prior to seeing it featured in LuxeBox so I really don't know what to expect! It does smell amazing though... I have heard and read good things about Barefoot Venus, however! I am excited to try it! 

We're almost done...!!! 

 

Woohoo!!! I love me some black liquid eyeliner! I actually have a pen just like this... I can't remember which brand it is... I almost wanna say Revlon? Maybelline? Ooooh I can't remember... I will have to take a look. I am also going to have to compare these two! The one that I have used previously is from a drug store and definitely did not cost me $19! So we will see! Battle of the liquid eyeliner pens! To be continued... *mysterious music*
